Group Dental Insurance - Manhattan & Westchester County, NY, Fairfield, CT, and New Jersey

When it comes to healthcare plan preferences, employees often rank dental benefits as number 2 on their list, right behind group health.

A.J. Benet can help you design a group dental plan based on your company’s needs.

You can offer a traditional plan in which employees can choose their own dentist and receive more flexibility and higher coverage levels for dental work, or an employer can opt for a preferred provider plan, a prevention and minor-restorative plan or a dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) plan.

We can design a Group Dental plan to offer:

  • A high level of coverage (special procedures like crowns and bridges, dentures, etc.) in addition to regular cleanings, cavity repair, root canals, etc., and maintenance and preventative care. Participating dentists are paid directly based on a set fee schedule, and your employees pay the coinsurance fee.
  • Lower coverage levels for some services with a higher coinsurance paid by employees. Here, participating dentists are paid directly based on a set fee schedule, with employees paying the coinsurance.
  • A non-participating plan in which set dentist fees are not established. Employees will receive the plan-allowed reimbursement based on the fee schedule for non-participating dentists. A non-participating dentist can bill the employees the difference between the plan’s fee schedule and the dentist’s fee.

Each plan has its own deductible structure and rules, but all provide affordable options for both employers and employees. Our staff at A.J. Benet will review the details with you.

We keep you smiling when you do business with us.
